TeraVista Systems Sells Farmergy? Brand and Key Technology Assets to focus on the Carbon Credit Marketplace

The deal includes the Farmergy? brand and marketing materials, customer databases and specifically the patent-pending SmartEnergy PRO? energy planning technology application.

Solar Night Industries is a renewable energy company formed to accelerate the adoption of Modern Energy Solutions. Farmergy was founded with a minority investment by Solar Night Industries in 2006, with the realization that there was a channel-specific opportunity for providing clean, modern energy solutions in the agricultural and rural segment.

The sale of Farmergy allows TeraVista Systems to focus solely on providing software products and patented solutions within the carbon credit marketplace, sustainability management arena and administrative side of the renewable energy industry.
